Shipping Policy

 

Upon receipt of the order confirmation, we will process and manufacture the goods promptly. The production follows the principle of "First come, first served," so the order of receipt is decisive.

The general construction period usually does not exceed two weeks. After completing the production, the goods are handed over directly to our shipping service provider to initiate the delivery process. Please mind that we are highly dependent on our suppliers, so delivery times may vary from garment to garment

The delivery time of our shipping service provider varies depending on the destination and should be considered in addition to the production time. We always strive to make the delivery as soon as possible to get your order into your hands as quickly as possible.

We ship worldwide from Germany.
For deliveries outside the European Union (EU), additional import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply. These charges are determined by the customs authorities in the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot estimate them in advance.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding potential fees.

International shipments are sent on a DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) basis. This means that all import duties and related charges must be paid by the customer upon arrival of the goods.

Made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange.
As each piece is individually produced, all sales are considered final.

We kindly ask our customers to review product details carefully before placing an order.

We currently do not provide international return services outside the European Union.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and order details. We will gladly review your case and find a solution.
